I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against NoBroker for their failure to
provide adequate customer support and for unjustly blocking my access to
premium services that I had paid for. I subscribed to the "Super Relax" plan on
September **, ****, which cost around ₹*,***. After subscribing, I visited a
property on September **, shortlisted it, and provided a token amount to the
owner. However, the following day, I discovered that the rental terms included an
additional water expense not covered under maintenance. As a result, I decided to
cancel the plan and retrieve the token amount. I communicated this to my RM on
the afternoon of September **. Despite this, my RM marked the status as "House
Found" and blocked my access to premium features, even though I no longer have
a house or the benefits of the premium plan. When I reached out to both my RM
and customer support, I was repeatedly redirected without receiving a solution.
This has caused significant frustration and delays in resolving the matter. It has
now been five days since I have not been able to use my services. and the system is
prompting me to pay again to access owner details of other houses. The "Super
Relax" plan is only valid for ** days, and I have already lost six days of access due
to this issue. The lack of proper response and support from NoBroker has left me
feeling misled and frustrated, as my legitimate concerns have been ignored.
