I applied for Post-paid to Prepaid on **th Apr (paid outstanding + Sim charge+ recharge Amount =*** )****,said it will activated in **hrs , on **th nearly *AM loss of postpaid n/w , as direction via SMS have inserted my new SIM to Device on **th Apr ****, said to wait for * hrs, outgoing call started, having issues of Data and Incoming calls,
*. I complained (by Visit VI Mini centre, calling over Customer Care, Twitter) got the resolution Date **th Apr **** *PM (Time is not Exact), waited till the time but no resolution.
*. **th night *:** tweet for the same, they called me **th Apr **** around *~* PM for the details, again registered complaint no: MUM-V*********** asked to wait up to **-apr ****.
*.Went to VI-mini-store on **-apr-**** they asked me to Change SIM did the same & asked to wait * hrs, waited . but no resolution.
*. Resisted Grievance on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ Grievance Number: *******.
*: Visited VI store on **/**/****
*. Got a call on my alternate no from representative by this no +************, refused rudely to help before given date .
I am into Business (IT Consultant) this no is almost with no of clients.
clients start saying I am not Serious about my business.
