I purchased the gold AMC plan of your company on **/**/****
on that day the filters were changed but the water filter is not working properly
the machine is constantly leaking water and water is filling very slowly
service engineer Yadav is not coming for visit and not picking up my phone
i am constantly calling him since past *-* weeks but he is not responding
Since then I’ve tried booking a service from app and they keep cancelling service
