I have a placed an order #************** of rain shoe cover and the product delivered to me. And the size is not a fit for me hence i wanted to return the product so i have raised a request but seller denied it. so I reached out to AliExpress to refund the money and to my surprise they also denied it saying not sufficient evidence provided. I have been trying to contact their team for a solution but none of their customer service team helping me and they stalling me saying that the issue will be fixed soon. I hope raising a complaint here would solve my issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
