Aliexpress.com - Fake seller

on ** sep **** I purchased an item on aliexpress and within *-* hours I canceled the order. The seller rejected my cancellation for * times with poor response to come to an agreement. at the same time i contacted aliexpress customer service to file this case but promises to take action all what i got.
The order shipped and updated to the website tracking system with a fake number. DHL tracking service shows that the item is already delivered to France on the * sep while the purchased to my item made on the ** sep.
The costumer support acted like a robot by following a strategy according to their policy to open dispute against the seller with full refund but in the mean time I have to wait for the aliexpress tracking system to update the information so then I can open dispute.
The refund process takes ** days if the seller accepted that. while obviously he did abuse DHL system and aliexpress system but providing fake tracking number. and now I am stuck between fake seller and poor service on aliexpress website.
Under their buyer protection policy, a buyer has the right to cancel the order if the seller did not ship the item, which I did. no money refunded and no item is received.
So my intention on this complaint to get m money back.
