Urvi filed complaint against Jio on Jul 23, 2023
I took JIO Postpaid connection on **/** and paid security deposit amount of ***/- after that I disconnected jio service and closed my account also.
But still I have not received refundable deposit since one month I am doing email to jio care and reaching out to customer care but I have not received any refund yet
