Jio - Wrong IR Plan asked to switch before IR starts but denied

I am traveling to US wanted some International Roaming Plan, I selected US in site they gave me a plan I recharged it, later when I saw plan it doesn't work in Transit countries like connecting flights, I wanted this plan majorly for my parents to communicate to me when they are changing flights, they said it will not work in Transit countries it will work only in US I asked them to change to a talktime plan, so that I can use **** INR for direct international calls they denied it, if it was US you can always change if the plan did not start
