Nestaway In Bangalore - Security amount not refunded

I moved out from NestAway registered apartment on *nd May, I have deposited ***** initially during move in as security deposit. After move out they have generated settlement report of ***** to be returned to me after deducting charges.
Its been around ** days, still they haven't returned the amount, last week they reduced the amount from **,*** to **,*** without notifying me. I been trying to follow up with their customer support via call but not getting any proper response, all they tell me is that their Finance team will get in touch with me, but they don't.
They are not providing any proper update, please help to get the refund amount.
