- Screen Freeze or Hang Issue in Dell Laptop Open

I have purchased this laptop on **th august and from day *, I am facing screen freezing issues * to * times in a day and I have contacted dell service team but I didn't get any solution from the concerned team and It's * days now. I have contacted dealer from where i purchased dell laptop he said there is SSD issue contact Dell service.Its very disappointing that I'm experiencing this kind of issue with the company like Dell and it's a hard earned money and I feel like cheated currently.
Hope I didn't made mistake of choosing or trusting Dell instead of other brands available in the market.
Kindly ask Dell team to replace my existing laptop with the new one as soon as possible and I don't want to replace any part in the existing one.If you need any video proof from my end then let me know.
If my query not resolved then trust me i will never buy dell in my life and I'll also ask my friend and colleagues don't buy dell in future.
