My laptop is running very slow, usb ports are not working, specific keys from keyboards are not working. More over there is no action is been taken. I have been cheated by providing a defective laptop and the customer calls are horrible specifically long waited and no resolution.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
