It's unfortunate for us that we purchased DELL Desktop for our Car Service Center. The desktop is under warranty & we have raised the Complaint through the subject Case Number long back. However, we are not getting any support or positive response from DELL support team.
You can check the trailing emails; the DELL support team is changing every time extending their commitment for replacement. Don't try to do this type of service being a reputed brand. With this kind of service, we are going to lose our patience and never believe in DELL products and their service.
Therefore, you are requested to do immediate action and arrange for replacement at the earliest.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
