Wrongdoing by Planet Spark, We enrolled for the classes from **th Sept after payment through credit card by monthly deduct. The classes started by the teacher but in December when we had issues with teacher and the content. We contacted the admin and we didn’t get any response. We waited for a week still no response. So we decided to stop the classes further. But all in vain, after sending them n number of mails, their team never responded. It was such kind of mental torture that even my kid didn’t attend the class after November the attendance is marked as attended. They are Fraudsters company which will just send you the auto reply for all the concern which you raised.
We are yet to get the response and refund from them for unattended class refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
