I would like to bring to your attention that I enrolled my son in the course but I was not at all satisfied.
I have encountered several of the issues detailed below during his sessions, and your team has not been able to provide a resolution or assistance; these issues remain unresolved.
*) Platform or network malfunctions resulting in an inability to log in for a duration of two to three sessions.
*) limited exposure each child received for the duration of the session, the practice sessions were devoid of any meaningful effect.
*) The objective of the sessions did not align with their organization and substance.
*) The platform lacks the necessary level of user-friendliness to effectively oversee the various facets of sessions/classes and student assignments.
No real-time support from the support/admin team , even after raising multiple issues multiple times . We have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to communicate this to the relevant personnel on your end, including the counselor, teacher, and administrative staff.
They are not reachable at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
