- Samsung Monitor Issue not resolved by Sevice Open

I have purchased a monitor on **th feb **** and complained on around **th of March **** but till now no solution provided. two times one executive came to my place to check it and after no one came to check. I have called Service Center & Executive and Customer Care multiple time but no use.
So Please help me on the same.
I have invoice copy and called snapshots etc. I am not able to upload here
