I bought Samsung LED ** inch from Darling digital world towards the end of August,****. The product has been dis functioning like a Turing sound and flicker and freeze screen whenever connected to wifi as its a smart Tv. The unit just failed miserably on the **,Feb ****. I raised a service request ********** service engineer only reached in * days time. After all my followup calls reference number **********. The engineer just at one glance said its a display panel issue discarding all the issues i told him about the product from the very first week. He offered me a repair that to he was not sure when the display could be arranged as it needs to be ordered. I was unhappy for repair, I requested a replacement which is my rights as the unit definitely has some manufacturing defect. The are flatly refusing me a replacement and only can provide me a repair with some re furbished display which must be lying there in one of their units on some already broken TV. As, a customer I regret my decision of going with brand Samsung in exchange of my old Sony LED tv which worked like charm for almost ** years details can be seen in the attached invoice. I feel if they delivered me a unit which was on display in the showroom as the screen was dusty when they unpacked the unit and installed it at my home. I been paying all my EMI without any failure and now I get the feel paying my hard earned money for a product which is a failure. As the company is claiming over the Internet they are falsifying and misleading customers like me-

I feel cheated and only replacement of the product will only satisfy me as customer any repair or re furbished product is not my ask.
