- Samsung J8 Warranty Denial Open
My Samsung J8 screen stopped working from 1st Jan 2019. I visited the service center on 4th Jan 2019. After opening it Technician claimed that its water damage and they can not cover the repair in warranty. I also tried calling the call center did not get justice from there as well.
This is completely not acceptable if the screen has stopped working without any mistake from me in the usage of it, I don't understand why it can't be covered under warranty? I guarantee that the phone never came in contact with water intentionally or accidentally. If it got damaged due to the weather conditions how can I be responsible?
