Samsung Mobiles - Denied for warranty claim for the phone
Touseef filed complaint against Samsung Mobiles on Feb 20, 2019
I got a Samsung Mobile * month back and still, it is under warranty. However, the phone display is not working. I approached the service centre in Tolichowki where the authorized service centre manager Pawan is behaving like he owns the company and without having a look at the phone condition he said the warranty cannot be claimed.
