I ordered a Samsung M** core (Black, ** GB) on November *, **** for my mother-in law and father-in law. The phone was delivered on November *, ****.
My order ID is About order No OD******************
We charged the mobile and started communicating on November **,****.
We found that the mobile was overheated while talking and charging. Also sometimes the touch screen was not functioning due to overheating.
We filed a complaint on November **,**** and also on November **, ****. We tried to contact flipkart on **** *** **** as well as *********** but it was not reachable even the customer service associate was not available on these days until now in live chat. We also requested for the return of the product and refund the money back.
We received a call and explained the issue or problem to the calling associate lady and she told us that I would have to talk to another department and later on the phone was disconnected after ** to ** minutes.
Then, onwards we were waiting for the phone call or message for return of the product and refund but no answer came.
Today, on November **, ****; I got the message in the flipkart account indicating that replacement was rejected. We asked for a refund.
So flipkart is not responding to the problem/issue and just selling the product.
Please look into this matter urgently and refund me the money.
