I bought Dell G** **** laptop on June **,**** from a Dell exclusive store for which I paid Rs.**,*** and an additional Rs.**** for * years extended warranty. The next day its adapter stopped working. I went to the same store and said I want a replacement for my whole laptop but the store person denied for replacement and said dell will replace the adapter only. I got the adapter replaced then the laptop worked fine for one year. After one year i.e. on *th July,**** I got no power issue on my laptop i.e. my laptop became completely dead and was not turning on. So I lodged a complaint through dell technical support they said its motherboard and dc port needs to be replaced for which I agreed. On July **th their technician arrived but the laptop got turned on itself, so he marked the case as solved but the next day again I faced the same issue so I again lodged a complaint and the technician arrived on July **th,**** and changed motherboard and dc port. The laptop worked fine for some days and then I got the issue again on *st Aug,****. This time they suggested me to take the laptop on service center as the onsite technician don't have proper tools. I submitted the laptop at their service center in Bangalore on *th Aug,****. They just disconnected and connected all parts again and the laptop started working fine and I collected my laptop from them on *th Aug,****. But again I got the same issue on **th Aug,****. They again told me to submit the laptop at service center. I am just tired visiting their service center and calling them. I just want my refund now. Full refund of Rs. *****.
