I had purchased a brand new Wagon-R LXI CNG (O) from Maruti Suzuki authorize dealer ‘Kataria Auto Mobile’ Dariapur Ahmedabad Gujrat Location **th of October -**. I have paid Rs. ****** extra for this model as it was equipped one extra airbags the dealer had assured that it would ensure the safety of passengers while commuting.
On Feb **-****, When I was travelling with my family, my car was collapsed in an accident at Jaipur Delhi Highway in this accident the front apportion of my car was Fully /badly damaged.
I am very disappointed and shocked that Safety Air Bag Not Deployed (opened) while we wore the seat-belt both the driver and co passenger.
what happened and I find the situation very irritating This is major failure of non-functioning of safety device (MARU-A).
I demand replacement of car or refund the Full amount which I was paid to your Dealer as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money. Air bags of car did not inflate after accident and non-deployment of Airbags during accident has caused severe loss.
Consumer complaints about airbags in vehicle. The car had faulty airbags. Due to Airbag failure in car we suffered loss.
