- Rude and threatening attitude of the receptionist Closed
On **th March we had booked at GS Residency in Varanasi. Due to some reason, we cancelled the booking in the hotel itself and wanted to seek assistance from an Oyo advisor but the receptionist misguided us and misbehaved with us by using abusive languages. He also accused us of unnecessarily and used illicit comments even to the senior member and woman who was with us. Their hospitality was so uncivilized that I had never expected from a hotel under Oyo. We were threatened even while we tried to book any other hotel under Oyo.
The receptionist man doesn't have any idea of dealing with guests. This the worst experience of mine ever.
