I booked a room from OYO by calling directly at ther customer contact number and also they asked me to do the payment as they offerred me the discount so I paid on the spot on the link which he sent to me on my UPI ID ( Amount of ****/-) but when I reached hotel they didn't allowed me to do the check in as they said they have cancelled tie up with OYO * months back but still they take booking on our name for which they were also very much upset with and also asked us to complain back and take your money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
