Oyo Hotel - Hotel booking cancelled amount not refunded

On ** May **** Oyo ***** heritage stay Ooty was booked online and immediately within ** minutes booking was cancelled but there is no information regarding a refund. An amount of **** was debited for booking with reference number AGLU****. Kindly make them pay a full refund.
