Thepetcare - Royal canin instinctive wet cat food Order is not delivered

I have placed an order for royal canin instinctive wet cat food on online store#thepetcare site, as that time this product was not available on other online retailers, before placing order I have checked reviews of this company on Google and found it has rating of *.* which decides me to place an order, there were two products in my order * is dry food and * is wet food. After placement of order I received order number but even after * days I have not received tracking details, so I decided to call on the mobile number displayed on their website, but no one is answering my calls, after so much of email follow up and informing them that I need to file a complaint against the company for fraud, they give me one tracking number, an I was happy that finaly my order is dispatched, which is received to be after ** days, but when I opened the order, I found only dry food is delivered and my wet food order is not delivered, I tried to contact #thepetcare again to inform same through email, that time they replied I will receive it in next *-* days, but even after next day I have not received tracking details for remaining order, and company is stop responding to any of my email. I also reported this as phishing site on google.
So my order of Rs **** is pending with the company.
Voxya team please help me to get my refund or order.
