I had placed an order for dog food on *th Aug amt paid ****,after asking them repeatedly the give me a tracking details, but the order never gets picked up, then they cancel the order and tell me to wait for refund for * days.they have no contact details, Google page shows its permanently closed, when ask of refund the person blocks me on insta and threathen no that refund will take forever, upon further research I come to know that this company is a scam and people have got refund only after filing Fir or complaints, the owner threathen and abuses you if we ask for refund and comes up with some false allegation,
Many people are scammed left and right, pls help get my refund there are many more who are waiting for their refund too....
I have already filed a consumer complaint on ****,but I don't want more people to fall into this scam
