we had booked * rooms through GOIBIBO.COM. on **th JUNE to **th JUNE AT MANALI IN HOTEL FRIENDS CASA it was mentioned as * mins waking distance from parking but when we reached there Hotel person came near PAID CAR PARKING and told us that we have to reach hotel by passing through a village name VASHIST and as we started to approach Hotel we noticed that we have to climb more than *** stairs. with luggage in Hands n kids too All the passage was full of COW DUNG n No fencing was there on stairs. It was totally RISKY n there was NO STREET LIGHT n we have to cross a bridge which was without fencing n A Big waterfall was there below the Bridge. There was no reception counter in HOTEL no Receptionist NO SIGH BOARD OF HOTEL NO GOIBIBO CERTIFICATION STICKER . WE DENIED TO STAY AT HOTEL n called Goibibo to provide an other property. They asked us to wait as they wanted to confirm the Hotelier after * hrs n so many calls GOIBIBO AGREED TO PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE PROPERTY. but again when we called them they DIDNOT RESPOND WE CALLED them next day n the reply we got was that OUR CONCERNING TEAM IS WORKING ON IT n WILL CALL YOU SOON THESE ANSWER I HAVE BEEN LISTENING FOR ONE MONTH AFTER SO MANY CALLS BUT AFTER SO MANY CALL GOIBIBO AGREED TO PAY **% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING AMOUNT BY A EMAIL SENT BY THIER SENIOR OFFICER MR. PALLAYA . BUT AGAIN AFTER SENDING SO MANY E MAILS N CALLS I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND . TILL TODAY THE ONLY SNSWER I GET IS THAT OUR HIGHER OFFICERS ARE WORKING ON THE MATTER N WILL CALL YOU SOON SO KINDLY FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM SO THAT I COULD GET MY REFUND AMOUNT AFTER SO MUCH OF HARRASMENT
