I booked a room on OYO at Stay INN International , Lucknow. The OYO said that my booking is confirm & the payment amount was ****. On reaching hotel the receptionist told me that I need to pay Rs. *** extra/day to avail the service. On lodging the complaint at OYO the OYO manager took no action & further said to give Rs. ***/day extra. I was extremely aghast when the hotel receptionist told me that OYO creates such type of harassment with every customer.
Kindly take strict action against OYO as it may cause further problem to prospects.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
