Club Factory - Returned not refunded

I ordered a belly belt it was damaged i.e torn so I contacted customer service and sent them a photo of it. They told they will give ** per cent compensation. I did not accept. I asked for a return. After the big conversation, they created a return pick up on ** May. A man came from club factory took the product. But I did not get the refund. So * times I made a chat with customer care very bad response. Then I made a call for them and asked he behaved very rude insulted me badly and muted my call then the call was cut. I don't want my refund but they should be punished.
