Sir,
I have booked an item vide order ID.SO********* of Club Factory and i have received the item on **rd Dec of ****.
Due to the size issue i have returned the item and the Delhivery courier boy has picked up my item vide return ID: SON***************** on **th December and transit has started on *th Dec of **** vide Tracking ID:*********** of Delhivery..
When I was tracking the item it has showed that the item will be delivered within ** days i.e max upto **th to **th of December..
but not yet delivered yet and complained to the service customer care for * times... they are not even responding to look up into the issue..
I requesting you to pls file the complaint against the servie
