Please help me with my request.
I am very upset with the purchase of Asus ExpertBook for my * years old kid on **-**-****.
Serial number:LCNXCV*********
I am fan of Asus as using other Asus Laptop from last ** years, however this time felt like being fooled. Asked for **' or more screen however got **'. I don't know how I missed that one. My son has *.* number of specs. What he will do with the number of ports which this laptop has.
Moreover see the fingerprints on the body of laptop. Just touching it's base is creating these (Attached).
Honestly speaking I borrowed **,***/- and spent *,***/- of my kids pocket money for the laptop for his online classes.
Please don't give me money back but allow me to purchase some other model without any deduction at reasonable cost please with **' or **.*' screen and different body. However Digi INDIA dealer is asking for *,***/- as deduction but price charged from me by DIGI INDIA for this Laptop is also more as compared to online and other Asus store. Approx difference of Rs. ****/-.
Accessories are really of worst quality given with Asus ExpertBook.
