I ordered three items in one order from Myntra on Sat, ** may,**. Order number was *******-*******-*******. The total amount for three was ****rs.The order has been delivered on may ** where one item sent by Myntra was wrong which cost me ***.** rs. I registered a complaint for that and they asked me the product snapshot along with the article I'd and barcode. The package which I received wrong was an orange shirt by oxolloxo whereas I ordered a maroon skirt from the same brand oxolloxo. But on the transparent packet there was no article I'd or barcode mentioned I informed that to Myntra and sent those photos. But * days after Myntra refused my request of return, on their analysis they cancelled my return request saying that it was properly sent from their warehouse. But I don’t understand on what basis did they verify as the packet dint have Bar code and no price tag as well. Now they say that there has been no problem from their end, wherein the logistics is also provided by them. They have not been helpful at all, and now I am stuck with wrong item as well. This is highly ridiculous and that to from a big whale like Myntra. I would really appreciate if you kindly help me if possible.
