Flipkart - return rejected and delayed by flipkart

I ordered crystal furnitech's bed from Flipkart on *nd March ****.The product got delivered on **th March.I waited for installation, on **th March installation agent arrived teared up some box for getting the installation details.He left our home on that day saying he need one person help and will come tomorrow for the installation.But he never came back and not picked up our calls.Also I have contacted the agency they were also not responding to the calls.After waiting for one more day, I initiated return of the product.As per return process technician arrived to our home on **th March and approved the return.On **st March uninstallation agent packed our product for return and took the photo of the product.On ** March return was rejected as update on Flipkart.On the same day I contacted flipkart customer service, I told whole story and then they are saying my voice is breaking we are not able to raise your concerns.I warn them that I will approach to consumer court if you behave like this.Then they gave me new date **th March for fixing the issue.My two weeks I am wasting my time for the installation and now I am waiting for the return process.Each day flipkart is saying new dates for the resolution but on reality nothing is happening.
