nykaa - return refund not initiated

I had received an order in *march , (Nyk-*********-*******) the product is faulty, I had talked to the customer representative (after minutes of staying on hold) she said that she’ll arrange a pick up , I have still not received and call/mail or pick up from your side .
This is how you guys are treating your customers ? The amount is not very small ,its ****/- I will need my refund asap. This has been hugely disappointing for me to be shopping from nykaa. I’ve been a regular customer and this is the first time this has happened.
