Mende Lama filed complaint against Zara on Jan 4, 2023
I had ordered * packages mid December and have made several return requests since, through their app and customer care helpline. However even though they say the same thing time and again that the courier would come within **-** hours, nobody has picked the package till now. It has been harassing to say in the least.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
