I Have purchased a pair of Boss trousers from Ajio on **/**/**** against order no - FN**********.
I had raised a return request for the trousers as I did not like them and wanted to send them back. A return request was created on the **th of Jan informing me that the product will be picked up by **th of January but the product was not picked up, after writing multiple emails to Ajio customer service all I could get was generic responses and my case was closed with any resolution being provided.
They later assured me that it was a technical problem and they will create a new return request and this time it will be executed without any fail and they have created a second return request on **th Feb with ID RT********* and it was supposed to be completed by **th of Feb but till today the product was not picked up.
It has been more than a month since I have placed my return request and the customer service team has only been giving me generic responses that are not even relevant to my issue.
I believe this is their attempt to deny return request by delaying the return endlessly and not providing any meaningful resolution to my problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
