One of my packages was refused by the customer which was sent out on **th August ****. The package was
suppose to be returned to me since my end customer did not accept the package. There was no information about the RTO package until * months on the **th Oct I saw my pannel and found the package is marked as returned to me. I raised a complaint with Shiprocket on **th Oct stating the package was not deliver but the courier (Shadowfax) has shown fake return delivery to me. I received a response the next day from Shiprocket stating it is showing deliver to me. Again I replied and told Shiprocket that I can see it is showing deliver to me but it is a fake remark as the package was not delivered to me also they kept my package with them for * months which is impacting my business. Until **th Oct there is no response on my ticket. When I called their customer service the CS executive told me we are sorry but they couldn't help me as the same should be reported within * days. I told the executive the complaint was raised within * days but he disconnected the call. There is no other way to escalate issues to a higher level in shiprocket and similarly, they have been doing this for a long time. Such brands with bigger names shouldn't be doing this as it impacts such small businesses like us very badly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
