Club Factory - Return package not being picked up by the company

I ordered a product online from Club factory app but what I received was in the wrong colour and cheap material. So I made a return request through customer care because return option was not available in the options section. I informed that I will have to ship my product myself through India post but when I was purchasing this product any such policy was not mentioned in the app. I wanted them to initiate a reverse pick-up from their side as that is how online shopping websites functions. But they directly refused and didn't even bother about my feedback. If they would've mentioned this procedure of return I wouldn't have placed an order at the first place and I'm amazed as to how they can claim a policy without mentioning anything about it? Even their customer support let me down big time. I want to pledge for a justified action to be taken against them.
