We received * sarees that we had ordered and both products were of very bad quality and different from how they appeared online.
We have been trying to connect with their customer care for return to be initiate but no one takes the call or responds back. There is no email id on which a return can be initiated as well. We received a call from an unknown number to take the complaint on Kreeva's behalf but that person asked us for more of our account details and disconnected when cornered about the return and refund. Extremely bad service and site .
