I placed an order on September **, **** (Order #*****), and received my package on September **, ****, with one item missing. Upon contacting Kreeva, I received an email stating that the missing item was permanently out of stock and was offered a refund or store credit. I promptly responded with my bank account details for the refund, but despite multiple follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and phone, I have received no response or resolution.
This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable. I request immediate action to refund the amount owed for the missing item.
