I purchased a sweetshirt from Marks & Spencer through Aijo. Since the size was large, I asked for a return. The return date was set for February * but no delivery agent showed up, therefore it was moved to February * but no delivery agent showed up either. Then, on February *, I awaited the delivery agent's call once more, but nothing happened. Then, when I checked the status of the sweetshirt on the ajio app, it said that the return attempt had been cancelled and that I had been contacted on February *nd and *rd. I still want to return this item and receive a complete refund. However I'm unable to get in touch with their customer service. This number *********** is the one I'm attempting to call, but nothing happens.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
