Flipkart - Return not picked up

Dear Support,

I am a Flipkart plus member. I request for return of order on *rd Sep, I was told that the return would be picked up by *th sep but till date the return I not picked up. I am daily calling the customer support but sadly your customer support agents are only giving false promises and not solving the issue.

I regularly order from Flipkart, but I never expected such an irresponsible service and attitude from Flipkart.

I humbly request you to pickup the return parcel and refund the money. If you cannot pick up the parcel kindly refund my money.

I am hoping for your cooperation and your support.
