I have purchased symphony kaizen air cooler on Flipkart. I ordered it on *st of April it was supposed to deliver on * of April and they delivered it on ** of April. In the evening I raised a complaint on ** of April asking for the return of the product. They sent the technician on ** of April and after the technicians visit the agent against confirms the replacement. I still ask for the refund. I still continue to chat with the agents every day. Every day the agents confirm that they are going to replace the product. I still continue to ask for the refund. The agent says there is replacement policy for ** days and on ** Flipkart cancelled my replacement and doesn't even bother to inform me about this. I want my money back. Every penny is hard earned money. After complaining again the Flipkart sends the service engineer to my place on ** of April. Now the service engineer comes to my house and then checks the cooler and then my wife starts an argument with him about what he wrote last time and now the service engineer says I will write in front of you and then request for the refund and takes the signature of my wife. I read the comments written by the engineer and then I asked my wife to sign on it. I did not sign because I was fed-up with Flipkart. Then on the same day Flipkart agrees for the refund this happens after the visit of the service engineer and they ask me to wait for the pickup of the product and Flipkart gives a time frame. Flipkart says that my product will be picked up by * of May and that I also see that on the site. On * of May, they again cancel my refund. Now I can see that on the site. So I start to chat with the agents, the first agent when asked about the signature they took from my wife immediately disconnect the chat again a new agent comes online and ask me for the entire story so I have started from the first this continues till the signature and again when I ask about the signature the second agent disconnects the chat and * agent stars the chat and again the same thing start from the beginning by this time I am fed up with the Flipkart. So I refrain from the chat realising that the agents are intentionally doing so. The harassment is too much every agent has a new story. Every time you come across a new agent one has to start from the beginning. The prolong the conversation they waste the time. It looks like Flipkart is running a drama company. Some of the agents even give wrong information. So I want to put end to this harassment by Flipkart.
