I have ordered a plastic table from Flipkart and it was delivered on **th May **** but it was damaged so I submitted a return request on the same day. Flipkart told me that a technician will visit within * days to pickup the item. But the technician did not come and my request was cancelld. I again contacted Flipkart and they said that they will again send a technician but again without visiting the request was closed. Since then multiple times I have requested return but they were all closed without any visit from technician.
Recently a technician told me that since I have disclosed that the item is damaged so that is why they are canceling pickup. If the item was not shown as damaged then they would have picked up the item.
But if I would not have disclosed that the item is damaged then Flipkart would have rejected the pickup/return saying that I have damaged the item and so it can not be returned now. Thats the reason I disclosed that the item to be picked up is damaged.
Also I have made the payment through Flipkart Paylater and now the team is calling and harassing me to make the payment. I am asking them to return the damaged item then I will make the payment but they are not accepting the return and at the same time pressuring me to make payment.
Two days ago finally a technician visited and told that a pickup person will come within * days to pickup the item but again the return got canceled. When I called Flipkart again they told me that your return period has expired so you can not return! But I have submitted the return request on the same day and they wasted time to avoid the return.
