Tatacliq - Return item picked but not refunded

I placed my first order (Order #*********) on Tata CLiQ on ** Feb **** which was delivered to me on **rd Feb. As the size was too small for me, I placed a return request, and the order was picked up on **th Feb by EKart delivery partner named Chethan, mobile number **********, at *:** PM. The same day evening, another person came to pick up the same product, and i told them it had already been picked up. The next day, the same thing happened again. I complained on the customer care line, and I was told to wait two days for it to reflect in the system.
I called Delivery person on **th Feb and he told he is on leave today and will update in the system on **th.
After waiting for a week, i still see that the refund has not been processed. When I called customer service, they asked for Airway bill number for return pickup, which I did not have as I did not receive any SMS after pickup. Customer support is trying to blame it on me for not having Airway bill number. How are the customers supposed to know that they need to get Airway bill number from the delivery partner while returning the product?
After taking to a supervisor i was finally able to get a complaint logded. Complain Ref ID ******** on *th March but no resolution yet.
