I have purchased a cooler from V guard and later I have returned the product due to mismatch in the product displayed and delivered. After placing the return order V guard has accepted the return request and initiated the return request through Xpressbees which is the courier partner. It’s been more than a week that they didn’t come for pick up and everyday I receive the message saying coming for pick and pick up failed due to unavailability. This has been happening since a week and no one is bother to resolve the issue. I have raised multiple complaints to V guard and Xpressbees customer service executives, they make false promises and nothing has happened yet. Due to with my money is stuck with V guard. Because of their careless ness I am loosing money.
