Flipkart - Return is cancel from flipkart and without resolve query close the case

I order matress for bed as a gift for my dear one but after delivery the matress size in dimension is wrong due to size of matress is not fit on bed i was initiate tha return after that the Tecnececion visit on *th november but tecnececion visited on **th november and due to ** days return policy seller cancel the refund and close the case. Customer case not help me just say sorry sir we can't help you because order is correct as per order but return was not possible matress is no use of my bed.please look into this. And help me out.
