return cancelled for no reason Order ID - OD******************
Please let me know why return pickup is not getting done??
I called your courier partner * to * times and requested him to come by *PM and last time i called him around *:** pm and he promised to come in * minutes max and i waited till * pm i told him to be on time as i had appointment with doctor which could not be ignored so at * pm i left to see the doctor and i receive call from pickup person at *:** that I'm standing outside your house then i told him that I'll be back by *PM so he replied i cannot wait till * and instead of reschedule the pickup he cancelled the return request and for confirming i receive computerized call confirming for the same so i select the option that i still want to return and computer voice confirmed it.. now till date nobody came to pick it up
Request you to please arrange pickup at earliest as i don't want this item
