I have ordered VANS men’s Atwood black casual shoes
Order ID - *********
But I have received a wrong product, they have delivered me some slippers, so I want to return the product
I placed a return request, the delivery executive has declined my request and asked to raise a ticket again
Executive team called me last evening and gave a WhatsApp number asked me to share the wrong product photos, I have shared them, I am yet to receive the resolution
Today that team is saying that the ticket is closed
I want my money, i request you to resolve this issue, I have the proof in the form of unboxing video
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
