Sir,
I bought a Mi *A PRO ** cm ** HD
Ready LED Smart Android
TV With Google Data Saver from Flipkart which was delivered on **th June**** and installed on **th June. Flipkart Order Id- OD****************** Invoice number - # FADLM***********. But after installation I suspected a defect in the product. The television is getting blank for about ** seconds after starting mi logo and Android
Booting. So I requested a replacement request with flipkart within the duration of return period. But later my replacement request was rejected, instead return and refund request was taken automatically. A technician visit arranged by flipkart was conducted on *th July ****, he confirmed that the product is defective and he approved for return but I got no update from flipkart. Then as a proof he gave me an image of his update in their system. I raised a complaint in flipkart and they told me that the issue related to the update will be done by **th July ****. But on ** th July my return and refund request were rejected and I raised another issue. Then a second visit of a technician was done on **th july ****. But the same problem exists. No update in flipkart account section and it shows technician visit pending. So under this circumstances I would like to lodge a complaint against flipkart to return the product and refund my money.
