I bought a Samsung ** inch Frame TV from Flipkart before the lockdown. The TV was delivered and installed on **th May and Flipkart confirmed that the return/ replacement date will be counted from the date of installation. While installation, it was brought to the Samsung engineer's notice that the product was defective. A return request was raised immediately on May **th. Flipkart spoke to Samsung for another Engineer visit who could not fix the problem either and finally the return was accepted on *th June. Flipkart arranged for its installation partner 'Jeeves' to unistall and prepare the product for return pick on June **th. The Jeeves technician visited on *th June and repacked the product.
On **th June, we waited but no pick up was done. I called back Flipkart was informed that it was rescheduled for **th June. Again on **th June they rescheduled it for **nd June. On **nd June I received a message that it has be rescheduled again for **th June. On **th June (Today), I was informed that it will take * more days. Flipkart has been delaying the return pick up deliberately without any good reason. Also, Flipkart is not ready to refund the money until the pick is complete. I have been patient throughout the last * months but now I feel that my hard earned money (INR *****) will never be returned and Flipkart will keep delaying the pick up until I give up my follow ups. I have all the messages and screenshots of the email and also some call recordings to support my situation.
